1) Silicone Casting:

First, Clean the prototype like your cleaning crystal, then do marking and build a block half-inch extra from the mold.

Second, Kindly make silicon paste ready. In this case, the air bubbles are your enemy that will be a challenge to overcome.

Third, With accurate measurements, pour the mixed silica rubber liquid into a block and place it in a vacuum chamber to dry.

2) Resin Casting
